Client Relations

Our wonderful receptionist:

  • Amy Eland
    Client Relations Manager

Amy has been in the vet industry for 10 + years. Amy started her journey in a busy vet clinic here in Canberra, and enjoyed it so much she decided to make a career out of ensuring our clients and their beautiful fur babies receive gold standard care. With a passion to help people, from routine bookings, to assisting with any questions or in the event of an emergency, Amy will always be ready to provide assistance with care and empathy. Amy also strives to ensure her team are appropriately taken care of and being a manger is something she takes very seriously.

In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with family, friends and her own animals. Amy has many hobbies but one of her favourite is fishing and being in the outdoors.

  • Tegan Riddle
    Receptionist

Tegan joined the vet industry 10 years ago and thoroughly enjoys being a veterinary receptionist.

Tegan prides herself on ensuring our clients and their four legged family members are always looked after at their appointments. Tegan enjoys snuggling all the cute patients who come through the door.

In Tegan's spare time you will often find her looking after foster kittens, spending time with her own dogs, cats and reptiles and having quality time with family and friends.

  • Aimee Benson
    Receptionist

Aimee started with us in February 2023. Aimee has always had a love for animals and a passion for helping others.

Aimee has been working towards her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and enjoys all aspects of her job so far.

She has an interest in animal welfare and wishes to continue her studies further into protecting, and advocating for our furry friends.

  • Natasha Ridley
    Receptionist

Natasha (Tash) started with us at the start of 2024. Tash has four years of experience as a childcare educator under her belt, but decided it was time for a career change.
In her spare time you can find Tash at the gym. Tash enjoys weightlifting and helps around the clinic with anything heavy.
Tash has also recently welcomed a new member into her family, a rescue dog who has quickly become her loyal companion and source of endless joy.  Alongside her new furry friend, Tash also has another dog named Bailey, and a pet fish named Bubbles.

  • Samantha Bailey
    Trainee Nurse/ Receptionist

Sam started here early 2024 after working as an animal attendant at a doggy daycare, so she lacks no passion for animals!
Sam is continuing her work with animals as a Kennel hand/ Receptionist. Sam has goals to go into her Cert IV Veterinary Nursing later this year. Outside of work Sam loves spending time with her own furry friend Oakley and playing footy.
